The “Blind Box” Experience

The core of our product offering is the “blind box” experience. When you purchase a blind box product, you are purchasing:

2. A randomly selected item from a specific series
3. The opportunity to collect full sets through multiple purchases

Order Process

1. Order Placement: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
2. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received.
3. Order Processing: Our “Treasure Packers” carefully prepare your shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
4. Shipping: Your order will ship according to your selected shipping method.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

Shipping Information

We ship to most global destinations, excluding some remote areas and specific regions in Asia. Availability to your location will be confirmed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate, 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50, 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs delays, duties, or taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every item from Blind Box World. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging (for blind box items)
• Item is in original condition: unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

Defective or Damaged Items

If your collectible arrives damaged, is defective, or is the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

All content on the Blind Box World website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blind Box World or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:
