Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team of “Treasure Packers” carefully prepares your shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships.

- Cost: $12.95 (flat rate).
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Ideal for faster, trackable delivery.
- Free Shipping (EMS):
- Cost: FREE on orders over $50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- A great, cost-effective option for patient collectors.
Shipping Region: We ship globally! (Excluding some remote areas and specific regions in Asia. Please check at checkout for availability to your location).
🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every item from Blind Box World. If something isn’t quite right, here’s our straightforward process.
📜 General Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unopened & Sealed: For the thrill of the surprise! Blind box items (Figurines, Action Figures, Plush Toys from blind boxes) must have their original, sealed packaging intact.
- In Original Condition: Unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity and joy of the collecting experience, please note:
- Opened Blind Box Items: Figurines, Action Figures, and Plush Toys from specific blind box series cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of the specific character or style you received. The “surprise” is a core part of the product! (However, if an item from a blind box is damaged or defective, it is eligible—see below.)
- Opened Phone Accessories: For hygiene reasons, opened phone accessories designed for direct device contact (e.g., earphone tips, screen protectors) are final sale, unless they are defective.
All other items in our Accessories, Bags, Collaborations, and unopened product categories are subject to our standard return policy.
✨ Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items?
If your collectible arrives damaged, is defective, or is the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you. Photos of the issue and packaging will help us resolve it quickly.
🔄 Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details. Use the template below for clarity.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts. Place it in a shipping box. Include a copy of your RMA email or write the RMA number clearly on the box.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide using a trackable service. Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
- Our Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the return within 3-5 business days.
- Completion:
- For Returns: Once approved, your refund will be initiated.
- For Exchanges: Once approved, we will ship your replacement. If out of stock, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund.

💳 Refunds: Timing & Method
We handle refunds with the same precision we use in curating our collections.
- Timing: After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges: No refund is processed for exchanges. Standard or free shipping (based on order value) applies to the replacement shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange ships.
