We understand that sometimes, a treasure might not be exactly what you hoped for, or it may arrive not in the pristine condition we promise. That’s why we’ve crafted a returns and exchanges process that’s clear, fair, and respectful of your passion, just like the care we take in packaging your collectibles.

📦 Our General Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your package. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unopened & Sealed: For blind box items (Figurines, Action Figures, Plush Toys from blind boxes), the original, sealed packaging must be intact and unbroken. The mystery is part of the product!
- In Original Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
🎯 Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
Based on the nature of our products and to preserve the integrity of the collecting experience, opened blind box items (Figurines, Action Figures, Plush Toys from specific blind box series) cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to the specific character or style received. The “surprise” element is fundamental to these products. However, if an item from a blind box is damaged or defective, it is eligible for return under our policy (see below).
Additionally, for hygiene reasons, opened Phone Accessories that are in direct contact with devices (e.g., earphone tips, screen protectors) are final sale unless defective.
✨ Defective or Damaged Items: If your collectible arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you. Photos of the damage/defect and packaging will be requested to assist our team.
🔄 Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include all parts and accessories. Place the package inside a shipping box. Please include a copy of your RMA email or write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Our Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Completion:
- For Returns: Upon approval, your refund will be initiated.
- For Exchanges: Upon approval, we will ship the requested replacement item to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

💳 Refunds: Timing & Method
We handle refunds with the same precision we use to package your collectibles for their journey to you.
- Timing: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account once they receive the transaction from us.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, no refund is processed. We will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Standard or free shipping (based on order value) will apply to the replacement shipment.
